I was so excited to cast my vote for Obama to be president! I was so impressed with his demeanor and cool demeanor under pressure. As president, u really don't know what will happen but he appeared to be the candidate that was most ready to deal with issues with a level head. There is the added pressure of being the first black president! And to me this is the perfect example of a black man who more qualified for the job but had to work twice as hard to get it done. He could not appear angry or upset even when confronted with crazy questions. I am proud to have been able to participate in the vote that has
changed the perception of America. The best thing about
this moment in time is the sense of community that has
evolved from people who previously did not believe in
community. Community is all of our responsibility and we must step up to help others who need help. We "all" need help in some area of our life, we have to remain open and willing to accept it! So in short, this is the best time in my life! And I was a part of the change! It felt so good!
